How to Make Refillable Coloring Books for Children
If your children loved to color in coloring books and finished coloring in them way too quickly, you might not have extra money to keep buying them new ones. I think I have found a solution to this problem.
You need to make a refillable coloring books right from your own home computer using the Internet, an ink printer, paper, a hole puncher and a one-inch ring binder. You can get a one-inch ring binder, a hole puncher and paper at any office-supply store such as Staples and Wal-Mart.
Most coloring pages you print out on line are most of the time way better, and take a lot longer to color then most coloring pages in coloring books you buy at stores. This means your child will take longer to color and wont go through coloring pages as fast as he or she usually would if he or she was using a store bought coloring book. Store bought coloring are filled with coloring pages that do not have a lot of detail to color in and children simply fly through them when coloring.
Now, to begin making your refillable coloring book or books, you will need to go onto the Internet using your computer and type into the search box of your Internet home page, " printable coloring pages", and then hit the search bottom. Your Internet should pull up many website that you can choose from that have printable coloring pages on them. You will then want to click on a website and browse through the coloring pages choosing the ones you think your child or children might like to color in and will take them longer to color, and then print the coloring page out on your ink printer. Some of the website I like to print coloring pages off are attached to this article if you want to check them out.
After you have printer out a wide variety of printable coloring pages, you will then take your hole puncher and punch three holes through the left side of the coloring pages about four inches apart so you then can place them into the one inch thick ring binder. Once you have punched the hole into the printable coloring page you will then fill the one inch thick binder with as many different printable coloring pages as you. You then will have a refillable coloring book your child or children can then color in for awhile.
Now when your child or children have filled in every coloring page of their refillable coloring book, all you have to do is empty all the colored on coloring pages in the refillable coloring book, and then print some more out and refill it with new coloring pages the same way I told you to above.Once you do those steps again you will soon have a new coloring book for your child or children to color in without having to spend tons of money.
Remember if your child or children love coloring and fill up their coloring books fast, don't go out and by new ones. All you need to do is make a refillable coloring book using the simple instructions and materials I have told you above. Stop wasting your money on store bought coloring books for children. Make them yourself!
